The Primary Cause of Female Sexual Dysfunction  

FSD is a broad diagnosis which refers to difficulties women have in one or more of four areas of sex: desire, pain, arousal, and orgasm.  Though there is a push by some to focus on physio-logical reasons for difficulties, recent research suggests the number one predictor of FSD is relationship dissatisfaction.  I kind of want to say “duh.”  This is an obvious example, though not the only one, where it makes sense to look at the whole relationship even if only one person is “experiencing” problems.
